As real estate advisors on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, we have encountered many  homeowners over the years in need of homewatch services.  As Leamington residents, we are aware of an increased need in our neighborhood due to nearly 50% absentee homeowners.  

As a Registered Nurse working with aging adults, Karen has encountered many neighbors in need of various health-related and advocacy services.  Her passion for nursing  combined with our love of real estate and our desire to serve our beloved Leamington community led us to create HHI HomeWatch and Wellness.
