Home Watch Services
PRE-HURRICANE SERVICES: *
Should a hurricane or the “cone of uncertainty” include the immediate area of your residence, we will take the following actions:
- Removal of all lanai/patio furniture.
- Removal of other items around your home that can cause damage to your property.
- Installing and securing hurricane shutters.
POST-HURRICANE SERVICES:
- Survey of damage
- Photos of any damage
- Recommendations for any repairs needed and at owner's discretion, notification of vendors necessary for damage repair
- Return of outside furniture/loose items stored during storm
If a named hurricane is formed from June 1 to November 30, or if a major weather event is predicted near your home in Leamington and Palmetto Dunes, we will be your eyes and ears with up-to-date reports as the storm(s) approach and move through our neighborhood.
HHI Home Watch will contact you to discuss and align around the “next steps” following a storm. During a storm, we watch your house as if your were HOME.
